SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

We are an online shop only but planning to offer pick-up orders very soon.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

1-3 days Processing of Orders

All parcels are shipped from Woodside, South Australia 5244 via Australia Post. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. We only ship within Australia. Please also do note that EXPRESS SHIPPING is not guaranteed next day/ overnight shipping. Please also be aware that during peak seasons/ holidays delivery times may vary. Returns

We DO NOT accept returns for change of mind as all our items are handmade.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged. Kindly send us an email with photographs of the defective or damaged item at scrapbooksco@gmail.com. We may refuse a damaged return if you haven't contacted us and sent us corresponding photographs  within the specified time period after receiving your order.

All returned items must have tracking numbers and the shipping costs are payable by the customer. Your item must be returned to us in an unused condition. When returning an item, carefully repackage the item to avoid damage during delivery. Please retain your proof of postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

We have the right to refuse returns if they don't meet the conditions above.

All of our items are quality checked before being sent out to you but as they are handmade, please allow some room for very minor variances from images shown and allowances for color variances due to screen resolutions.
